Pre-treat

We apply a fabric-appropriate pre-spray to break down body oils, ground-in soil, and odor.

Clean & extract

Hot water extraction for water-safe fabrics, a low-moisture method for delicate ones. Cushions, arms, and backs included.

Speed dry

We pull out remaining moisture and set the piece to dry, usually within 2 to 6 hours. A fan or open window helps it along.

We clean fabric, not leather

Microfiber, chenille, cotton blends, polyester, faux leather, and most synthetics. We do not clean genuine leather.

Light and delicate fabrics

White, cream, and light fabrics can be cleaned but need extra care. We test first. Tell us the color and type when you ask for a quote.

I had several stains from my dogs and then my dogs had got sprayed by a possum which really made the house smell and these two men did a fantastic job. What fabrics can you clean, and do you clean leather?

We clean fabric upholstery, including microfiber, chenille, cotton blends, polyester, faux leather, and most synthetics. We do not clean genuine leather. If you are not sure what your furniture is made of, send a photo when you request a quote and we will confirm before booking.

How do you know my fabric is safe to clean?

We check the manufacturer cleaning code, usually printed on a tag under a cushion. W means water-based cleaning is safe, S means solvent only, W/S means either, and X means vacuum only. We match the method to the code and always test our solution in a hidden area first.

How long does upholstery take to dry?

Most pieces dry within 2 to 6 hours depending on fabric thickness, humidity, and airflow. Lighter fabrics dry faster. Running a fan or opening a window helps. Avoid sitting on the furniture until it is fully dry.

Can cleaning remove odors and stains?

Professional cleaning can reduce odor, lift many common stains, and pull out embedded soil. We cannot promise every stain comes out, especially older or set-in ones, and we will tell you what to expect before we start.

Can you get rid of pet odor?

In most cases, yes. For deeper odor we add a live-enzyme pet treatment that breaks down the source rather than covering it. Mention pet odor when you request your quote so we can plan for it. If the source has soaked into the cushion foam or frame, full removal cannot be guaranteed.

How often should upholstery be professionally cleaned?

Most furniture benefits from professional cleaning every 12 to 24 months, with more frequent cleaning for homes with pets, kids, or heavy daily use.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

Vacuum off loose crumbs if you can, clear any small items off the piece, and make sure we have room to work around it. We handle the rest.
