These guys were GREAT! They came out within days, and were there first thing so the carpets were dry for out late-night arrival, and even got my late father-in-law's pug's pee smell out and got the carpets super clean. Now we can breathe in peace. Oh, and they were half the price of Stanley Steamer to boot.

Ray and Thomas were very professional and worked very hard on cleaning my carpets which were in terrible shape from wear and animal damage. I realize that they had to do extra steps and treatments to my carpets, but to jump from a price of $168.00 to $655.00 is huge. I had to get the carpets cleaned,  and was in no position to get other prices at that time and was forced to go with it. I don't know if others have had the same experience with them or it was just because my carpets were so bad, and I would have got similar prices from other companies.

Our initial estimates reflect standard carpet cleaning, while certain conditions, particularly pet contamination, may require additional treatments that can only be determined through an on-site assessment.

When those situations arise, our process is to explain the findings, discuss the available treatment options, and review the associated costs before beginning additional work. Customers are always welcome to choose standard cleaning or take time to consider the recommendations. We believe those decisions should be made with clear information and without pressure.

i am so happy with the results of steam brite i actually almost started crying when i walked in after they were done. the previous owners of my new place let their dog pee on the floors and the smell was absolutely horrible and so pungent. steam brite came out so quickly to help us while moving and they were so understanding of the mess, the smell, the situation, etc. the new smell was so fresh and clean i could smell it just in the apartment complex. thank you guys for doing an absolute amazing job, i will %100 be using steam brite for more uses in the future.

They came out to my house and was able to answer all my questions and provided a excellent service. They arrived on time, were quick and professional. I have used this company for years and couldn't recommend them more for residential or commercial. You can tell they take care of their employees and they really care about customer experience!

Steambrite was amazing! Dan, the manager, was professional and personable. He took the time to call, thoroughly explain the process, and find an option that worked within my budget. Grant and Ray were fantastic, too. They walked me through every room, pointed out the different areas, and explained where the stains and marks had come from. The house is completely transformed. I’d absolutely recommend Steambrite! We have already booked a follow-up for an Air Duct Cleaning!

The team Steam Brite sent out were awesome. Grant and Farell both took time to explain the processes that would best match the needs I had with my carpet which had been affected by both urine and stool accidents. They received approval before started by the job. They left my 16+ year old carpet looking clean and with no pet odor remaining. I will be using Steam Brite from now on. Scheduling was so easy and I had a real person take my call as well as text updates updates from Grant to confirm arrival time.

New home carpet cleaning is what I asked for, and the carpets are new so no big deal. The guys arrived on time and were very nice. What I didn’t appreciate was the immediate upsell to tile and grout cleaning. I was working (new home so empty) and one guy was scoping and measuring my tile (which I did NOT ask for) while the other was cleaning.

The young man kept trying to sell me on tile and grout which was intruding on my work, and I’d already said no thank you. Now I’ve gotten a text still asking me to review the quote.

They did the carpet job and it looks good, but I won’t use this company again.
