Every piece is priced on its own, and every fabric is treated for what it is. Here is what a standard upholstery cleaning looks like.

Inspect & test

We identify the fabric, check the manufacturer cleaning code, and test our solution in a hidden spot before we start.

Pre-treat

We apply a fabric-appropriate pre-spray to break down body oils, ground-in soil, and odor.

Clean & extract

Hot water extraction for water-safe fabrics, a low-moisture method for delicate ones. Cushions, arms, and backs included.

Speed dry

We pull out remaining moisture and set the piece to dry, usually within 2 to 6 hours. A fan or open window helps it along.

Microfiber, chenille, cotton blends, polyester, faux leather, and most synthetics. We do not clean genuine leather.

They came out within days, and were there first thing so the carpets were dry for out late-night arrival, and even got my late father-in-law's pug's pee smell out and got the carpets super clean. Now we can breathe in peace. Oh, and they were half the price of Stanley Steamer to boot.

Ray and Thomas were very professional and worked very hard on cleaning my carpets which were in terrible shape from wear and animal damage. I realize that they had to do extra steps and treatments to my carpets, but to jump from a price of $168.00 to $655.00 is huge. I had to get the carpets cleaned,  and was in no position to get other prices at that time and was forced to go with it. I don't know if others have had the same experience with them or it was just because my carpets were so bad, and I would have got similar prices from other companies.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. i am so happy with the results of steam brite i actually almost started crying when i walked in after they were done. the previous owners of my new place let their dog pee on the floors and the smell was absolutely horrible and so pungent. steam brite came out so quickly to help us while moving and they were so understanding of the mess, the smell, the situation, etc. the new smell was so fresh and clean i could smell it just in the apartment complex. thank you guys for doing an absolute amazing job, i will %100 be using steam brite for more uses in the future.

What fabrics can you clean, and do you clean leather?

We clean fabric upholstery, including microfiber, chenille, cotton blends, polyester, faux leather, and most synthetics. We do not clean genuine leather. If you are not sure what your furniture is made of, send a photo when you request a quote and we will confirm before booking.

How do you know my fabric is safe to clean?

We check the manufacturer cleaning code, usually printed on a tag under a cushion. W means water-based cleaning is safe, S means solvent only, W/S means either, and X means vacuum only. We match the method to the code and always test our solution in a hidden area first.

How long does upholstery take to dry?

Most pieces dry within 2 to 6 hours depending on fabric thickness, humidity, and airflow. Lighter fabrics dry faster. Running a fan or opening a window helps. Avoid sitting on the furniture until it is fully dry.

Can cleaning remove odors and stains?

Professional cleaning can reduce odor, lift many common stains, and pull out embedded soil. We cannot promise every stain comes out, especially older or set-in ones, and we will tell you what to expect before we start.

Can you get rid of pet odor?

In most cases, yes. For deeper odor we add a live-enzyme pet treatment that breaks down the source rather than covering it. Mention pet odor when you request your quote so we can plan for it. If the source has soaked into the cushion foam or frame, full removal cannot be guaranteed.

How often should upholstery be professionally cleaned?

Most furniture benefits from professional cleaning every 12 to 24 months, with more frequent cleaning for homes with pets, kids, or heavy daily use.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

Vacuum off loose crumbs if you can, clear any small items off the piece, and make sure we have room to work around it. We handle the rest.
